- Candidates should possess an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology.
- Candidates with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline will be preferred or required as per the post applied for.

Experience:
- For Assistant Professor/Lecturer positions, candidates should have at least 2 years of teaching or clinical experience along with indexed research publications.
- For Associate Professor positions, candidates should have at least 5 years of teaching/research experience and 3 publications in indexed journals.
- For Professor positions, candidates should possess substantial senior-level teaching and research experience.
