Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D./FPM in Management and/or related subject/Statistics from a university or institution of repute in India or abroad.
- Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D./FPM thesis and are awaiting the award of the degree are also eligible to apply. Such candidates will be appointed as Academic Associates until the Ph.D./FPM degree is awarded, after which they will be automatically appointed as Assistant Professor (Level 10).
- Industry practitioners with prior experience in offline and online teaching are also encouraged to apply. Such candidates should possess a PGDM/MBA degree.
Experience:
- Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience are preferred.
- Industry practitioners with prior experience in offline and online teaching and conversant with the latest teaching tools are encouraged to apply.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong teaching, research, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to develop and deliver core and elective courses in Operations & Decision Sciences.
- Experience in curriculum development, student mentoring, and academic administration.
- Commitment to publishing quality research and promoting industry-academia collaboration.
- University Rank Holders will be given preference.
Salary and allowances as per AICTE norms (7th Pay Commission).
