Tamil Nadu National Law University, Tiruchirappalli, invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Law on a Contract / Ad Hoc basis for a period of one year. Educational Qualification:
- Good academic record with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized University.
- Candidates must have cleared NET conducted by the UGC, or SLET/SET, or possess a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the applicable UGC Regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience:
- Prior teaching experience is desirable.
- Professional or field experience in a relevant area will be preferred.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrable ability in high-level academic research and writing.
- Publications in high-impact peer-reviewed journals will be preferred.
- Exposure to and/or interest in the management of learning difficulties is desirable.
- Strong commitment to enhancing the academic and research culture of the university.
Fixed Honorarium of Rs. 65,000/- per month.
Selection Process:
- Applications will be scrutinized by the university.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an in-person interview at the TNNLU campus.
