Educational Qualification:
- Engineering Departments: First Class in both B.Tech./B.E. and M.Tech./M.E. or equivalent in the relevant branch of Engineering. Ph.D. in the relevant or equivalent discipline is desirable.
- Basic & Applied Science: First Class in both B.Tech./B.Sc. and M.Tech./M.Sc. or equivalent in the respective branch of Engineering or Science/allied branches. Ph.D. in the relevant or equivalent discipline is desirable.
- Management & Humanities: First Class in both UG and PG in MBA or equivalent discipline. Ph.D. in the relevant or equivalent discipline is desirable.
Area of Specialization:
- Civil Engineering: Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering
- Computer Science & Engineering: IoT, Network Security, AI & Machine Learning, Embedded System Linux and System Administrator
- Electronics & Communication Engineering: RF & Microwave, Image Processing, Semiconductor Device/Sensor/Fabrication, MEMS Photonics
- Electrical Engineering: Renewable Energy, IoT and Automation, Machine Design, Control Systems, Power Electronics
- Mechanical Engineering: Design, Manufacturing, Fluid & Thermal
- Basic & Applied Science: Data Centre Design, Operations and Maintenance, Parallel Programming Concepts: Open MP and MPI, Data Analysis

- Adjunct Faculty (Guest Faculty): Rs. 60,000/- per month for candidates possessing a Ph.D. qualification and Rs. 50,000/- per month for candidates possessing an M.Tech. qualification.
- Professor of Practice: For a one-month duration visit, consolidated honorarium of Rs. 2,00,000/- per month. For a less than one-month duration visit, honorarium of Rs. 6,000/- per day. TDS will be applicable as per the Government of India rules.
Selection Process:
- The shortlisted candidates will not be intimated individually. All candidates are advised to visit the institute website regularly for updates.
- Selection will be based on Presentation and/or Interview.
- The selection process will be conducted by a duly constituted Selection Committee.
