Educational Qualification:
- Associate Professor: Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline with a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks and a good academic record.
- Assistant Professor: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant/allied subject from a recognized University. Candidates should have qualified NET/SLET/SET or possess a Ph.D. degree as per UGC Regulations.
- Qualifications shall be as per UGC Regulations and AICTE norms.

- Marketing/Digital Marketing
Experience:
- Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience in a University, College, Accredited Research Institution, or Industry with research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals.
- Assistant Professor: As per UGC Regulations and AICTE norms.
- Experience in curriculum development, educational innovation, technology-enabled teaching, research activities, publications, conferences, and academic administration will be preferred.
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and teaching aptitude.
- Ability to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in the relevant specialization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with research publications, industry exposure, and academic experience will be preferred.
- Ability to contribute towards academic development, research activities, and institutional growth.
