Educational Qualification:
- PhD in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- First Class Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline.
- NET qualification or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by UGC.
Experience:
Associate Professor:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching, industry, research organisation, or professional work at managerial level or above, excluding the period spent in obtaining the research degree, with a minimum of 2 years of post-PhD experience.
- At least 7 research publications in refereed, indexed journals.
Professor:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, industry, research organisation, or professional work at managerial level or above, excluding the period spent in obtaining the research degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience at the level of Associate Professor.
- At least 2 successful PhD candidates guided or 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in refereed, indexed journals.
Salary will be among the best in the industry and shall not be a constraint for deserving candidates.
