Educational Qualification:

  • Qualifications shall be as per UGC Regulations, AICTE norms, and NSUT Recruitment Rules applicable to the respective discipline and post.
  • For Engineering / Technology disciplines, candidates should possess relevant Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees with First Class or equivalent qualification in the appropriate branch.
  • For Science disciplines, candidates should possess a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in the relevant subject from a recognized University.
  • NET / SLET / SET qualification or Ph.D. shall be required as prescribed under the applicable UGC Regulations for the respective discipline and post.
  • For Associate Professor positions, Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is mandatory along with the prescribed academic qualifications, research publications, and eligibility criteria as per UGC, AICTE, and NSUT norms.

Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Assistant Professor: ₹57,700 – ₹1,82,400 (Level-10)
  • Associate Professor: ₹1,31,400 – ₹2,17,100 (Level 13A1)

Selection Process:

  • Applications will be scrutinized and shortlisted as per the screening and assessment criteria prescribed by the university.
  • For Assistant Professor positions, eligible candidates may be required to appear for a Written Test, Teaching Aptitude Assessment (TAA), and Interview as applicable.
  • Associate Professor candidates will be shortlisted and assessed based on their academic credentials, teaching and research experience, research publications, scholarly achievements, and interview performance.
