Experience:

Assistant Professor (Regular):

  • Minimum of 3 years of post-Ph.D. Teaching/Research experience at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent in any reputed Indian or foreign Institute/University.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of three publications, out of which at least two should be in ABDC A*/A journals or Scopus Q1 journals.

Assistant Professor (Contract):

  • Candidates with less than three years of post-Ph.D. Research/Teaching experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Professor on contractual basis.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of one publication in reputed peer-reviewed journals [Scopus/ABDC/ABS or equivalent-ranked/indexed journals] and/or at least one paper in Revised and Resubmit (R&R) stage in A*/A or Scopus Q1 journals.
Pay Scale/Salary:
  • Assistant Professor (Regular): Pay Level 12 with minimum basic pay of INR 1,01,500 per month along with DA, HRA, and TRA.
  • Assistant Professor (Contract): Entry-level basic pay mapped at Level 10 Cell 8 (INR 70,900), progressing to Level 11 Cell 3 (INR 73,100).
  • Visiting Fellow (Contract): Consolidated pay of INR 1,23,398 per month.
