Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant/concerned/allied subject from an Indian or accredited foreign university.
  • Candidates should have cleared NET / SLET / SET conducted by UGC / CSIR or possess Ph.D. qualification as per UGC Regulations 2009 / 2016 and subsequent amendments.
  • For disciplines where NET / SLET / SET is not conducted, the same shall not be mandatory as per UGC guidelines.
  • For Performing Arts and traditional art forms, candidates possessing exceptional professional achievements as prescribed in the advertisement may also apply.

Pay Scale/Salary:

Academic Level-10 under Odisha Revised Scales of Pay for University Teachers (UGC Scale of Pay) Rules, 2019.
