- Ph.D./FPM in Management and/or related subject from universities/institutions of repute from anywhere in the world.
- Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D./FPM thesis and are awaiting award of degree are also eligible for Assistant Professor positions.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
- Industry professionals with prior offline and online teaching experience along with familiarity in modern teaching tools are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with strong academic, research, consulting, and industry collaboration experience will be preferred.
