- Associate Professor: Minimum six years teaching/research/industrial post-Ph.D. experience, including at least three years at Assistant Professor level or equivalent position.
- Professor: Minimum ten years teaching/research/industrial post-Ph.D. experience, including at least four years at the Associate Professor level or equivalent position.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong research capabilities, quality publications, teaching excellence, student mentorship, research funding potential, and commitment towards institutional development.
